Questions

Things operators actually ask

Is Linee free?
Browsing the opportunity map is free. Saving locations, the outreach pipeline, and personalized scoring unlock on the Starter plan. See /pricing for the full breakdown.
How are the scores computed?
The Linee Score is a weighted blend of six factors: property-type tier, employee/foot traffic, food-desert proximity, existing vending presence, hours profile, and decision-maker access. Full methodology + sources at /methodology.
Why isn't my city on the map?
Linee is in regional pilot — Los Angeles only at launch. We're expanding from here after validating the playbook. If you're outside Los Angeles, sign in and tap 'Notify me' on the in-app banner — we'll email you when we open up.
Where does the location data come from?
A blend of Apollo (business records + contacts), Google Places (locations + ratings), and Linee's own enrichment. Contact reliability varies — from verified, named decision-makers to phone-only — and each is labeled so you know what you're working with. Every score and revenue estimate is a model output; verify with the host before committing.
How is the recommended machine setup determined?
A rules engine ties property type, operator profile (experience, budget, machine inventory), and local legality into Budget / Standard / Premium tiers. Each tier shows the specific machines, placement zones, capital range, and financing math.
Does Linee actually contact the property for me?
No — Linee surfaces the right contact + a recommended outreach approach. You make the pitch. Operators we talk to consistently say "doing the talking" is non-negotiable for trust.
Can I export my saved properties?
Yes — every saved location is in your account. We honor data export requests within 30 days (see /privacy).
What about financing the equipment?
Each property detail shows two paths: cash purchase or standard equipment financing (typically 30% down, 36-month term). First-time operators see a guard rail recommending cash before debt — protect the route before you leverage it.
