Terms of Service

By creating a Linee account, accessing the platform, or paying for any Linee subscription tier, you (the "Operator") agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

Linee is a location-intelligence platform for vending machine operators. We surface scored vending opportunities, recommend equipment setups, estimate financial outcomes, and help operators manage outreach to property hosts. We do not own, lease, broker, or guarantee placement at any of the locations surfaced.

All scores, revenue estimates, payback periods, and contact paths are estimates derived from publicly-available data and Linee's proprietary models. Actual outcomes will vary. Operators are responsible for their own due diligence before contracting with a property host.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep it current.
• You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Linee is not liable for losses from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect them.
• You agree not to share, resell, or sublicense your access without written consent from Linee.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any property owner or other operator.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or rate-limit-circumvent the platform.
• Use Linee data to populate a competing service.
• Submit false contact information for outreach.
• Violate any applicable law in your use of the platform (including state-specific vending regulations and CAN-SPAM for outreach).

Linee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

• Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Fleet) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds.
• Price changes apply at the next renewal after 30 days' notice via email.
• Failed payments may result in feature downgrade or suspension until resolved.

Property data on Linee is aggregated from third-party sources (Google Places, Apollo, public records) and enriched with Linee's scoring. We don't guarantee that any contact email or phone number is current, accurate, or that the listed person is the correct decision-maker. Always verify before mass outreach.

Linee Score, estimated revenue, payback period, recommended setup, and financing math are estimates based on the model described at /methodology. They are not predictions, not financial advice, and not a guarantee of returns. Outcomes depend on factors outside Linee's knowledge: actual foot traffic, host cooperation, product mix, route logistics, and local market conditions. Operate accordingly.

Linee owns the platform, brand, scoring model, recommendation engine, and aggregated database. Operators retain ownership of any content they upload (notes, custom property labels, outreach templates). By using the platform, you grant Linee a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content to provide the service.

You may close your account anytime. Linee may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued service becomes commercially impractical. Upon termination, your saved properties, pipeline data, and outreach history may be deleted after 30 days unless export is requested.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Linee disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linee's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid Linee in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Linee is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost route opportunities, or lost goodwill.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Linee and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your outreach to any property listed on Linee.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Linee may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
